I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2015 and I am certified in Soma Structural Integration, Nutritious Movement® Restorative Exercise, and pregnancy massage. Structural Integration (SI) is a whole-body educational undertaking in which you and I work closely together to cultivate sustainable body alignment, reclaiming connection with your full being, so you can embody the person you truly want to be. I am especially passionate about helping people with babies and children in their lives because I believe our children deserve to have caregivers who are being nurtured, too.
