Helen Martin

I am a DOÑA certified Birth Doula and enjoying working with families through their pregnancy and birth.  I aim to provide you with educational, emotional, and  physical support. My goal is to enable you to feel empowered and supported in your birth journey.  As your Doula, I will offer support to you and your partner throughout your pregnancy offer in person support through your labor and birth and support you postpartum. 

 

I also work as a Postpartum Doula helping new parents  as they walk through the “fourth trimester” and learn to be a family.  Offering education, light housekeeping, baby and mother care and more! 

 

I would be honored to walk along side you through these exciting life events.  I offer a free “meet and greet” visit where we can discuss your needs and desires. 

 

I am a firm believer that every women deserves the support she needs so if cost is an issue let’s discuss it.
