I love serving women who are seeking to grow and reconnect with their authentic self. I coach women in all seasons, including big transitions like motherhood, mid life, career changes and creative endeavors. I believe in the power of community and enjoy gathering groups together for circles, workshops and retreats. I also provide education opportunties focused on new parents and support during parenthood through Skagit Valley College Continuing Education.
