Small group of infants/toddlers, at a similar stage in gross motor development, engaging in play with open ended aka passive play objects as their caregivers actively observe while intermittently participating in facilitator guided discussions about child development and caregiving. Consider these discussions to flow like emergent curriculum. As a topic emerges that is of interest in the group, the facilitator will continue to support as indicated and actively listen.
